1April 30th, 2016 - Traveling with Southern All Star Series, David Breazeale was one of thirty-four Super Late Models signed in on Saturday night at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Alabama) for the NASCAR Dega 40. Failing to secure his spot into the main event in qualifying, Breazeale captured a consolation win setting him up with a 13th place starting spot for the feature. Battling for a $4,000 payday, David fell back to a 15th place outing.

April 23rd, 2016 - On Friday night the Henderson Motorsports team visited Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) with David Breazeale and Leon Henderson competing in the Super Late Model division. In a field of eighteen cars, the Henderson team claimed two out of the top three spots in the feature. Starting in 8th for the A-Main, Breazeale stormed to the front picking up his second victory of the season. Coming from 9th in the feature, Leon worked his way up to a podium finish behind David and Ronny Lee Hollingsworth with Jason Brock and Ryan King rounding out the top five.

1The following night brought the Henderson Motorsports team to Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) sanctioned Cliburn Tank Lines 50. Posting the 2nd fastest time in qualifying, David earned a front row starting spot for the feature starting alongside Bub McCool. With $2,500 on the line, Breazeale held his starting position recording a runner-up finish behind Kyle Beard with McCool, Jon Mitchell, and Allen Tippen trailing them across the finish line. Leon logged a 14th place outing in the 40-lap feature.
