1April 26th, 2014 - Henderson Motorsports entered a single event over the weekend as they invaded St. Tammany Raceway (Lacombe, Louisiana) for a $2,500-to-win program with the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) on Saturday evening.

Twenty entries took part in the event, and Henderson started the night by qualifying second fastest in his group to earn the fourth starting spot in the dash. He went on to finish fourth, locking him into the fourth starting spot for the finale. Leon battled amongst the top ten for much of the event before falling back to a thirteenth place finish when the checker flag flew.

1April 19th, 2014 - Leon traveled to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) over the weekend for a pair of events with the National Dirt Racing League (NDRL), at the state of the art 3/8 mile oval.

Forty-nine Super Late Models assembled for the $7,500-to-win program on Friday night, and after narrowly missing the transfer into the 40 lap main event via heat race action, Henderson was left to run a b-main. Leon raced to a fourth place finish in the b-main, but only the top two finishers would transfer into the finale as his night came to an early end.

On Saturday night another talented group of forty-six Super Late Models registered to chase the $12,500 prize. Leon found himself behind the eight ball early in the evening as he struggled in time trials. After start eleventh in his heat race he only advanced to a ninth place finish, sending him to a b-main. Henderson once again fail short of the mark in the b-main as only the top three finishers would transfer, bringing his night to an early end.

1April 12th, 2014 - After a weekend away from the track, Leon Henderson traveled to Columbus Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) on Saturday night for a $2,500-to-win, Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) Super Late Model event. Twenty-eight competitors entered the program, and preliminary action saw Henderson qualify third fastest in his group to earn the sixth starting spot for the dash. A seventh place finish in the dash locked him into the seventh starting spot for the feature. In the feature Henderson battled the handle on his #10 mount to an eleventh place finish at the checkered flag. Full results from the event are available at www.StateSeries.com
